Boutique Hotel

The transformation of this listed townhouse, located in the historic center of Valencia, brought new life to a heritage building while adapting it to contemporary standards. The project focused on a complete reorganization of the interior spaces to optimize circulation, spatial fluidity, and natural light.

On the ground floor, a clear visual axis now connects the entrance to the outdoor patio, creating a continuous spatial flow and reinforcing the dialogue between interior and exterior. The choice of simple, luminous atmospheres reveals the historical character of the house while giving it a refined and timeless hotel identity.
