Villa, Villaviciosa de Odón

This villa near Madrid underwent a comprehensive renovation that profoundly transformed both its organization and its image. The former garage was converted into living space, increasing usable area and restoring a cohesive architectural expression.

The entire interior layout was reimagined, with five bedrooms, each featuring its own en-suite bathroom. The living areas, widely glazed, are now bathed in natural light and directly connected to the garden.

The project also integrates a strong focus on performance and comfort, including radiant heating and cooling floors, solar panels, and a home automation system. Outside, a landscaped garden and a 14-meter swimming pool extend the interiors and establish a seamless continuity between indoors and outdoors.
